Lead DriverJoin our team today and immerse yourself in a rewarding career for years to come!As the Lead Driver, you will work with our partial care programs located throughout Southern New Jersey.Schedule: Full-time; 40 hours; Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:15 pmSalary: $18.50 hourlyResponsibilitiesOversee the drivers and daily operations of the APC transportation departmentCreate and manage schedules and routesTrain new hires and ensure all drivers complete ongoing, required trainingsEvaluate staff performance and provide feedbackCoordinate with the intake department for new consumers, and with APC programs for existing consumers, to set up transportationMaintain vehicle maintenance logs and items required by state and local lawsSchedule all inspections and maintenance for the fleetDrive consumers to and from Adult Partial Care programTransport consumers scheduled for medication visits and psychiatric evaluations, as neededOrganize and keep records regarding transportation schedule and mileageAdhere to all safety regulations, including mandatory fastening of seatbelts of driver and all passengersMaintain vehicle safety and cleanlinessComplete supervisions for drivers per agency standardsCollaborate with program coordinators to ensure transportation is scheduled for clients scheduled on scheduled daysOther duties as assignedBenefitsCompetitive salarySupplemental incomeMedical, Dental, Vision, 403(b)Generous paid time off benefitsOpportunity for personal and career growthTeam oriented environment – we practice the FISH!
