Overview Start Date 8/1/2026 with flexible training beginning July 1, 2026, working alongside the current nurse for a smooth transition. You'll play a key role in supervising and supporting caregivers, helping to implement and monitor individualized care plans. This position offers a balance between clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to use your nursing expertise in a way that's impactful, but without the physical strain of traditional direct care. Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician's orders and ensures compliance Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting Reviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse is following Physician's orders Reviewing MARs, verbal orders, medication profile management to match Physician's orders Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation Training for Caregivers and Nurses as required Participates in staff meetings, in‑services and other meetings as required Qualifications Degree in Nursing from an accredited school Must have no less than 2 years clinical experience, and at least 1 year in related management/supervisory role Current or multi state license in compliance with the state regulations CPR professional certification Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company Capable of working independently with highly confidential information Salary Range USD $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 / Year #J-18808-Ljbffr
