Job Description

As a Night Shift LPN, you'll provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, respond to medical needs, and help maintain a safe, organized healthcare environment within the facility.

You'll work alongside a supportive healthcare team while practicing with confidence and autonomy in a structured correctional setting.

What You'll Do

• Deliver nursing care and medication administration
• Assess and respond to patient healthcare concerns
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Monitor chronic conditions and assist with treatment plans
• Collaborate with providers and fellow nursing staff
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Correctional or emergency nursing experience preferred, but not required
