Compensation: - Salary starts at $183,000
Benefits: Benefits: - Relocation Assistance if Out of State- Medical/Dental/Vision - 401k - 1 Week for CME Plus $1,500k Allowance - 2 Weeks Vacation Time - 8 Hours Sick Time- 11 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid Floating Holidays
Additional Info: - Deliver primary and preventive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions- Ability to prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices- The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the medical, social, and emotional needs of patients- Engage in health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention activities to improve overall community health outcomesRequirements:- Current, unrestricted RN and NP License in the state of California- Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association- Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred- At least 2 years of experience as an NP in a clinical setting
