Day-to-day/The Project:

• Define and configure financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Tax Management. Align system architecture with financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance requirements.
• They will help when customers are requesting customize financial dashboards for budget tracking, encumbrance monitoring, and expense approvals for reports, dashboards, and workflows using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI.
• Custom Reporting
• Trouble shoot ticketing issues around payroll or help build reports that require coding.

Top Must Must Required Skills

• Must have senior level experience of Oracle Cloud System Development.
• Sr level experience in coding capabilities and a deep financial background-- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials development.
• SQL reporting, OTBI
• Exp around managing hierarchies approval groups, rules on finance.
• Scenario: multiple approver groups on finance, reqs, projects and grants, I expense, HR. Need to have enough exp with finance side to simplify and clean up the rules and create a more simplified process. Create rules around this.
• Organization structures, they are called financial reporting structures or structures. Chart of accounts, approval groups, creating value sets (all ex of financial reporting structures)
• Need to be able to help with closing periods and troubleshooting issues during closing periods between GL and projects and grants.
• Write and troubleshoot complex financial reports, resolve discrepancies in encumbrances and funds available, yearend carry forwards, year in period close and ensure financial workflows function smoothly.

Troubleshoot budgetary control dashboard discrepancies. Nice to have - EPM implementation exp. Expertise in writing complex reports, working with APTP (Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Procurement) tables, developing dashboards, and troubleshooting advanced technical and functional issues beyond the scope of a Business Analyst. Experience in developing complex financial reports, dashboards, and data extracts. Hands-on experience with PaaS services in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services. Will need to develop solutions from scratch with APEX, ATS, ATP, PL/SQL. VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) experience Should have strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components & capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns Strong expertise in PL/SQL, APTP table structures, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI. Strong troubleshooting skills for both functional and technical finance-related issues. Ability to write and debug code to resolve complex financial module problems. Know about integration with web services and APIs - Strong in experience in API In-depth knowledge and experience SQL, PL/SQL, J-Query, HTML, and java Script jQuery (typically comes with SQL Soft Skills: Decent communications skill, but this is not customer facing, technical abilities and the initiative to be proactive and tackle a project is the priority.
