The facility you will support primarily focuses on educational institutions, ensuring that mental health services are readily accessible to students and their families.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health needs to establish treatment plans tailored to each client's specific challenges and goals. \n
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based approaches to promote mental wellness and resilience. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including school administrators and teachers, to effectively coordinate behavioral health services within the educational environment. \n
- Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely documentation of sessions and compliance with mental health policies and procedures. \n
- Utilize telehealth technology to perform follow-up calls and remote check-ins with clients, ensuring ongoing support and adaptation of treatment plans as needed. \n
- Facilitate crisis intervention and immediate responses for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring safety and well-being. \n
- Make informed referrals for clients requiring specialized care, inpatient services, or Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) based on screenings for substance abuse or other significant issues. \n
The primary population served includes students facing a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As an LCSW at Behavioral Lifebulb, you will support clients of varying ages and backgrounds, fostering relationships built on trust, empathy, and respect. - A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required. \n
