Associate Clinician

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a group practice that is all about connection, collaboration and evolution. Candidate must be comfortable delivering Telehealth services from home and in our offices in Granite Bay - hybrid position. Current position available is hourly. Therapist is expected to keep a schedule of 10-20 client hours per week with some marketing and referrals provided by the practice and an expectation that clinician also market/network. Practice has admin staff to handle insurance billing and clinician is responsible for their own scheduling. Position requires occasional evening hours (done by 8:00 latest). Associate Therapists / Psych Associates $35-$45 per clinical hour + paid admin time, paid sick leave, 401k JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assess and treat a full range of mental health issues in adults and teens in a private practice, outpatient setting. Specialized skills and experience in Trauma interventions: Attachment Theory, EMDR, IFS, Somatic, Mindfulness, etc. Experience with or interest in working with clients experiencing issues related to substance use Provide services within the highest standard of professional ethics and sensitivity to cultural and ethnic diversity. Must be receptive to training and consultation in these areas. Routine completion of required clinical documentation and ongoing scheduling of clients. Regular participation in staff meetings, supervision/consultation, and other team events. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Registered Clinician in the state of California: APCC, AMFT, ACSW, Psych Associate 1+ years of direct client care Adherence to standards of service operations, documentation, and confidentiality at all times; Have excellent interpersonal skills and organizational/time management skills; Have experience working with adults, couples, families and teens; Have experience working with psychosocial issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting, PTSD, substance use and life transitions; Individual Malpractice/Liability Insurance (limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate) Connected ~ Seen & Heard will provide you with: marketing, referrals, social media presence, electronic health record, continuing education budget, trainings, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Connected - Seen & Heard
