About the Multi-Unit Manager Role:

As the Multi-Unit Manager based in Ephrata, PA, you will have full operational oversight of multiple locations, driving performance, profitability, and guest experience across the region. Reporting directly to ownership, you will be responsible for building strong management teams, executing company standards, and leading growth in Ephrata and surrounding markets.

This is a true leadership role for a hospitality operator who thrives on building people, systems, and culture.

Responsibilities for the Multi-Unit Manager:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple F&B & Entertainment venues in the Ephrata, PA region
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams
• Drive sales, control labor and COGS, and own P&L performance across all units
• Ensure consistent execution of food, beverage, entertainment, and hospitality standards
• Implement SOPs, training programs, and guest service initiatives
• Partner with ownership on expansion plans, new store openings, and market growth
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on community and guest experience

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of successful Multi-Unit Manager, District Manager, or Regional Operations experience in restaurants, entertainment, or family entertainment centers
• Proven track record leading high-volume, multi-location operations
• Strong financial acumen - P&L, budgeting, labor management, and inventory control
• Exceptional leadership and people development skills
• Ability to travel between locations within the Ephrata, PA market
• Stable career history and passion for F&B and entertainment hospitality

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $130,000 - $150,000 based on experience
• Bonus potential + comprehensive benefits package - health, PTO, 401k
