Compensation: $328,000 annually

Join a supportive, team-oriented environment that offers excellent pay and flexibility. We are looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in the lively city of Fargo, ND.

Position Highlights:

• Guaranteed minimum salary of $328,000 for the first two years
• A retention bonus of $100,000 after four years
• Flexible scheduling options: choose between a 4-day or 5-day work week
• Minimal on-call duties (1-2 weeknights per month plus quarterly weekends)
• Collaborative care environment with a team of 20 providers
• Optional 6-week annual hospitalist coverage
• Opportunities for teaching within the Internal Medicine Residency program
