Physical Therapist - Full-time

Regain Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Keyport, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze patients’ physical, functional, and psychological status to establish individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Implement effective treatment interventions based on evaluation findings and best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Keep accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient assessments, treatment interventions, progress notes, and discharge summaries to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment options, home exercise programs, and prevention strategies to promote long-term health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to adjust treatment plans as needed and address changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations and organizational policies, ensuring a high standard of professional practice.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, sharing insights and contributing to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on the outpatient orthopedic population, including patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating from acute injuries. You will work with a diverse range of individuals, tailoring interventions to meet the unique challenges they face and improving their functional abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least two (2) years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during treatment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices and outcome measures to assess and enhance patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation and data management.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
