Lead Bartender - Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  • Ensure total guest satisfaction with the highest quality of food and beverage service.
  • Engage with guests and promote beverage program awareness and sales.
  • Cultivate a following of regular patrons.
• Team Leadership
  • Supervise bartenders, cocktail servers, and bar backs under the direction of the Beverage Manager.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in hiring qualified bar team members.
  • Train and develop team members on cocktail knowledge and service standards.
• Beverage Operations
  • Assist in managing the cocktail and spirits program for the lounge area.
  • Conduct monthly inventories and assist with beverage procurement.
  • Ensure adherence to alcohol policies and training compliance for team members.
• Marketing
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content for the beverage program.
  • Help plan and execute specialty beverage events.
• Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain communication through property networks and stay updated on beverage inventory systems.
  • Assist in managing beverage menu lists and procurement processes.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of craft cocktails and spirits.
• Two to four years of experience in a high-volume, high-quality bar or restaurant operation.
• Minimum one year of experience as a bartender.
• Proficient with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office.
• Must pass a background check.
• Some college education preferred.

Schedule
