Commercial Construction Superintendent | St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
This role is ideal for a strong field leader with extensive commercial construction experience who is ready to lead impactful projects while growing with a fast-expanding organization operating throughout the U.S. and Caribbean.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and design teams
- Drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget
- Maintain strong jobsite leadership and communication
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven Superintendent experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with Procore and construction technology
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and excellence
- Ability to work full-time in St. Croix, USVI
