Scheduling and conducting the onboarding sessions Processing new hire paperwork in HRIS Contacting references Conducting background checks in a timely manner Monitor the progress of candidates during the pre-employment process background checks, and track drug screen results Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and submitted on time Assist in screening candidates and scheduling interviews Maintaining employee records in the HRIS Assists with audits on all personnel files to ensure compliance Assist in offboarding employees in all systems, status changes and termination process Scanning and uploading paperwork into employee files Responsible for verifying all clinical licenses and certifications and maintaining in tracking system. Notify personnel of upcoming license/certification expirations Maintaining the application tracking system (ATS) Generate and prepare various reports as needed to leadership team Completing employee verifications and proof of employment letters Generate and prepare reports as needed Assist in monitoring time and attendance for centers Assist employees in a various inquiries concerning payroll, policies and procedures, and benefits in a time manner Assist with processing unemployment claims as needed Interact with all levels of staff while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor Other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills Strong time management Intermediate to advanced skills in utilizing Microsoft Office Computer literacy and adaptability required #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
