Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The role assists in the overall operation of the store to support maximum sales and profitability. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of the Seasonal Store. Contribute to operations to ensure guest services are established and maintained. Develop staff, control expenses, minimize shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory control. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 with a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Vermont Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program.
