As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing services to our patients.We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents, supervising nursing assistants, and participating in the development of individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and personalized care.Responsibilities:Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shiftComplete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts, receive and transcribe telephone orders from physicians, and chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive mannerPrepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician, and develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnelAdminister professional services such as catheterization, tube feedings, and applying and changing dressings/bandagesMonitor personnel to ensure they are following established safety regulations in the use of equipment and suppliesMaintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such informationQualifications:Registered Nurse with current unencumbered state licensureMust be able to work 12 hours a shiftBenefits Offered (full-time):Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k following 6 months of serviceIf you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
