Role Overview
Our caregivers provide non-medical support that builds trust, brings reassurance, and fosters genuine companionship, supporting individuals in maintaining their independence, dignity, and well-being in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities vary by assignment and are discussed in advance.

Responsibilities may include:
• Assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support with mobility and daily routines
• Companionship, lifestyle, and wellness support
• Medication reminders (non-medical, no administration)
• Dementia & memory support with supervision
• Accompaniment to appointments and outings
• Emotional support, engagement, and social connection

Schedule
• Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
• Part-time and full-time opportunities
• Assignments based on client needs, caregiver availability, and preferred travel radius

Requirements
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to complete background checks and routine screenings during onboarding
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients’ homes up to 30 miles
• Ability to communicate and work independently with care receivers
• Follow individualized care plans and document services
• Maintain client confidentiality and respect professional boundaries
• Commitment to providing reliable, respectful, and attentive care based on individual client needs
