Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager will build and lead our procurement function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for designing processes, implementing tools, and delivering measurable cost savings across the company. With a broad scope spanning multiple spend categories, including Logistics, IT and Marketing, you will have many ways to positively impact our business. As the function grows, there will also be opportunities to shape and scale the team and define its long-term direction.Responsibilities:Build the FunctionDesign and implement source-to-pay processesSelect and deploy procurement tools and templatesEstablish reporting (dashboards, savings tracking, renewal pipeline and vendor management programs)Conduct spend analysis and create a centralized contract repositoryDrive Strategic SourcingLead RFPs and competitive bidsNegotiate contracts across all indirect spend categoriesManage SaaS/IT renewals and conduct supplier risk assessmentsTrack and report savings with clear methodologyGovernance & ComplianceEnforce finance policies and approval workflowsPartner with IT and Legal on risk, security, and contractsEstablish procurement governance frameworksStakeholder ManagementPartner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and expand reachServe as procurement subject matter expertTrain teams on processes and toolsQualifications:7+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing across multiple categoriesExperience building or transforming procurement functionsStrong sourcing, negotiation, and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of contract fundamentalsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or relatedSalary range is 130-150k#LI-AS1#AFHR
