Role Description The Operations Manager (Remote) is a full-time role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of IT and service solutions. This role includes managing workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. The Operations Manager will develop and implement operational policies, support resource planning, and assist in budget and capacity tracking. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to identify risks and opportunities, preparing reports and documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across remote teams.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, project coordination, or service delivery within technology or professional services.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project management platforms, documentation tools, video conferencing software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and process performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Experience leading or guiding distributed teams, fostering accountability, and supporting a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the information technology and services sector is highly beneficial; familiarity with IT service workflows or client support is a plus.
