This role will focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Level IV Trauma Center. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide critical care with a focus on emergency situations for patients of all ages
• Collaborate with healthcare team members including charge nurses, hospitalists, and ED MDs
• Monitor patient status through telemetry without tele tech assistance
• Handle a patient ratio of RN 1:4, Tech 1:8 during both day and night shifts
• Utilize equipment such as EPIC EMR, Alaris IV Pumps, and Pyxis Med Dispensing

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC/TNS, CPI or MOAB certifications
• Two years of relevant RN experience
• Critical care level skill set
