An established dermatology practice in a desirable community near Frederick, Maryland, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team.

This full-time opportunity offers the chance to step into an established patient base immediately, taking over for a relocating provider while enjoying the autonomy to build lasting patient relationships.

This position is ideal for a confident provider who enjoys practicing independently while delivering exceptional dermatologic care. You'll have the opportunity to focus primarily on general dermatology, with the option to incorporate cosmetic procedures based on your interests and experience.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity working 4-5 days per week
• Practice general medical dermatology with optional cosmetic dermatology
• Established patient base with immediate volume from a relocating provider
• Expect to see approximately 30-35 patients per day
• Practice independently at this location until an additional physician joins the practice
• Modern clinic utilizing EMA/EMR electronic medical records

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary plus production bonus
• Expected earning potential of approximately $220,000-$270,000+ annually (depending on experience and productivity)
