Catering Manager

The Catering Services Manager oversees all catering solutions and special events at the location, leading the catering team to meet customer expectations and service standards. Key Responsibilities Developing customized catering solutions and maintaining client rapport Planning and executing events with consistency and quality Assisting clients in event planning and offering creative solutions Training and leading catering staff to ensure standards and quality assurance Managing delivery of food, setup, staffing, and event management Ensuring accurate reporting of revenue, expenses, and receivables Recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing team members Maintaining compliance with safety policies Achieving food and labor targets Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience; management or supervisory experience preferred Background in events, hospitality, or catering preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Excellent communication skills; ability to work event-based hours Certifications in food handling and alcohol service as needed Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb., stand for extended periods, and operate a vehicle #J-18808-Ljbffr
