Lead Solutions Engineer

We're a boutique NYC advertising agency. We've built Clio, an AI-native platform that unifies our clients' advertising data (The Trade Desk, CM360, SA360, GA4, Reddit) with analytics reporting, competitor intelligence, and ad-creative generation. We're hiring a Lead Solutions Engineer to own and grow it. This is a high-ownership role for someone who ships real products with modern AI tools and has the judgment to keep a client-facing system reliable and secure. You need to have built things and be able to walk us through them. What you'll do Own and evolve the full platform: web app (Next.js/Vercel), database & auth (Supabase/Postgres), and data warehouse (BigQuery) Onboard new client data sources end-to-end and keep the data pipeline healthy and accurate Build new features quickly using AI-assisted development, with sound review and testing Orchestrate AI features across multiple LLM and image/video providers Safeguard client data, access controls, backups, security, and cost - independently own a system clients depend on Assist with troubleshooting client-side measurement setups: The Trade Desk pixel and debugging implementation issues (CSP, allow-lists, event mapping) directly with client engineering teams Work directly with clients and the CEO - translate needs into shipped product You should have A track record of building and shipping real products Fluency with AI-assisted development (e.g., Cursor, Claude, v0) and a modern web + data stack (Next.js, Supabase/Postgres, SQL) Advertising / marketing-data experience (programmatic, TheTradeDesk/CM360/GA4/SA360) - required Excellent client-facing skills; you can explain technical work clearly and own client conversations Strong judgment on data integrity, security, and reliability: you can independently own a system clients depend on A nimble, get-it-done mindset that thrives on a small team #J-18808-Ljbffr AdNode
