Student Worker Academic Success Center Office Assistant

WE ACCEPT BOTH FEDERAL WORK STUDY AND NON-FEDERAL WORK STUDY STUDENTS
Job Summary
The student worker will provide coverage for the front desk to greet visitors and answer the phone. Preference for availability on Monday and Thursday mornings or afternoon and over the lunch hours.
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Ability to assist students with signing in and out for their visit for services (tutoring student success coaching etc.).
- General office tasks that may include - photocopying assembling handouts data entry etc.
- Assist with projects assigned by the ASC staff.

- Communication and computer skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Confidence of speaking and interacting with all ages and ethnicities.
- Learned adaptability.
