Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Schedule: Work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts, giving you every other weekend off. Available shifts: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium) 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Competitive pay: $25$36/hour, based on experience

Shift premium: $2/hr for overnight shifts

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime

Repair or replace mechanical components, including motors, conveyors, pumps, valves, and production equipment

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation

Assist with production changeovers, equipment setups, and continuous improvement initiatives

Dismantle, rebuild, and modify equipment as needed to support plant operations

Follow all safety procedures and preventive maintenance schedules

At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent experience through technical school, apprenticeship, or military training

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills in a manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of: Pneumatic systems Hydraulic systems Bearings, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors Temperature and pressure controls/gauges

Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs with minimal supervision
