Job Description

Are you a compassionate caregiver who takes pride in helping others live safely and independently at home? At Preferred Care at Home, we believe caregivers are the heart of everything we do. We are currently hiring dedicated caregivers for full-time day and night shifts in the Denton (76201) area.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Mobility assistance and transfers
Toileting and incontinence care
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping and laundry
Companionship and emotional support
Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
Monitor and report changes in client condition

Qualifications

Previous caregiving experience required
Strong ADL experience required
Experience caring for seniors preferred
CNA, HHA, PCA, or professional caregiving experience welcomed
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
Ability to pass background screening
Authorized to work in the United States
