Kids Club And Nursery SupervisorThis position is responsible for overseeing all duties and operational functions for the Kids Club and Nursery such as providing safe, positive, secure, and happy environment for members, guests, and children.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCREATES WOW by: anticipating needs and wants, being prepared, being continuously enthusiastic, executing flawlessly and doing it nowProvide supervision and interaction to all children ages 6 weeks and older who are utilizing the The Kid's Club, Nursery, and adjoining grounds.Ensure safety and happiness to all participants in the Kid's Club, Nursery, and Briar Club events/activities/programs.Caring for infants and up.Ordering food and billing.Meet and greet new and existing young members and their parents.Report and/or seek assistance for member/youth complaints as they ariseTo properly clean, disinfect and maintain the playroom areas, including all toys, equipment, play surfaces, and other spacesTo maintain accurate records on all children within the playroom area. This includes having a medical form and release on each child, having signed in and out by parents and making sure all incidences involving the children are recorded and reportedAssist with feedings, bathroom duties, and additional responsibilities related to the Kids Club and NurseryTo conduct oneself at all times in a manner of professionalism that aligns with the values, philosophies and standards of the club.
