A-Line Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented  Pharmacy Technician to support a high-volume  pharmacy fulfillment operation. In this role, you’ll help prepare and distribute prescription medications, troubleshoot prescription exceptions, and support patients/providers while following all pharmacy regulations and quality standards.

Location: Canton Township, MI 48188 (On-site)
Pay: $18.00/hr (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (1-hour lunch) | 40 hrs/week

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process prescription medications using pharmacy fulfillment systems
• Handle prescription exceptions (e.g., claim rejects, member outreach, physician outreach)
• Enter patient demographics and prescription information accurately into pharmacy systems
• Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member concerns
• Escalate prescription/clinical questions to a Pharmacist for interpretation
• Assist with inbound/outbound patient and physician calls as needed
• Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations (role involves PHI)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration and certification as required by the state
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Experience with prescription processing and pharmacy fulfillment systems
• Experience resolving insurance claim rejects/billing issues
• Retail, mail-order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy background
