Join a collaborative hospital team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse , providing safe, high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the surgical experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians, nursing teams, and other clinical professionals while supporting excellent patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Coordinate and integrate patient care throughout each shift.

• Support safe, effective, and cost-conscious patient care practices.

• Supervise and delegate appropriate patient-care activities to nursing staff.

• Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality improvement, risk management, and infection control .

• Coordinate care within the prescribed medical treatment plan.

• Support staff competency and appropriate use of clinical resources.

• Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to promote high-quality and safe patient care.

• Follow hospital emergency procedures, including emergency codes and Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) responsibilities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Required:

• Graduate of a state-approved or accredited nursing program.

• Current RN license/authorization to practice in Massachusetts as required by law.

• Current CPR certification .

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN).
