RV Detailer

This position is responsible for cleaning the interior and/or exterior of RVs and performing general detailing activities, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing. Compensation $30,000 - $38,000 Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, FSAs, and life insurance Paid Time Off and paid holidays 401K Pet Insurance 5‑day work week Employee Assistance Program Training and Development Programs Legal Coverage Identity Theft Protection Referral Program Responsibilities Clean RVs inside and out Clean and polish windows Dust furniture and trim Clean all floors Wash interiors including upholstery, apply leather cleaning products, remove and clean floor mats Apply stain guard Deep clean appliances Operate cleaning equipment or machines Use hand‑held tools to detail the interior of RVs Notify supervisor when parts of an RV require repair or replacement Prep new units for delivery and recondition pre‑owned units Perform other duties as required Qualifications Previous experience in a dealership or detail center is a plus Self‑directed initiative and ability to work with limited supervision Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail Physical Requirements This is a physically strenuous job that requires you to be on your feet all day.
