Klickitat Valley Health is a Critical Access Hospital located in Goldendale, Washington, serving patients throughout Klickitat County and surrounding rural communities.

The hospital provides emergency and acute inpatient care along with a wide range of services including diagnostic imaging, respiratory therapy, behavioral health, dental, optometry, hospice, and physical and occupational therapy services. The Opportunity

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals

Provide therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and balance

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care

Support therapy group programs and individual therapy sessions

What We Are Looking For

Education Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program leading to a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Licensure & Certifications Current Washington State Physical Therapist license CPR certification required

Experience One to three years of clinical experience preferred

Additional Skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Basic computer skills Ability to perform competencies and techniques outlined in physical therapy practice standards

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Pay: $44.09 $63.21
