Critical Care Float Position

Submittal instructions: Please submit with confirmation that your traveler is aware of two pass/fail exams at orientation. There is a medication exam and a telemetry exam. Both exams allow one attempt. If they do not pass, then the contract is cancelled immediately. There will be several study materials provided between the compliance process and FDIs. This is a critical care float position. Travelers will float between all adult ICU's and step down. If they are not comfortable with that, please redirect. While they will not be assigned to post cardiac surgery, balloon pump, Impella, transplant or EVD patients, they will float to all adult ICU's.

License requirements: MA RN license

Experience requirements: Three years of ICU experience is required. Five years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility is preferred.

Cert requirements: BLS and ACLS required.

Schedule details: Every other weekend/holiday rotation. All call outs must be made up at the end of the assignment.
