Clinical Liaison OpportunityNow hiring a Clinical Liaison for the Wichita Falls, TX area!***$10,000 Sign-On Bonus***The Restorative Division at The Carpenter Health Network is building an exceptional team to navigate the full post-acute care continuum!The Clinical Liaison will play an integral role in our team by ensuring continuity of care for patients, strengthening provider relationships, and promoting our comprehensive care continuum.This position is shared between Swan Health and Sage Specialty Hospital of Wichita Falls, offering the opportunity to collaborate across both facilities to help patients transition seamlessly through the continuum of care.Experience/Skills:Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.Hospital/ICU experience preferredStrong Clinical Assessment skillsCapable of achieving results by supervising and participating in Marketing and Admissions Intake activity with minimal direction.Ability to consistently design and achieve appropriate Marketing/Admissions Intake goals and objectives.Talented in networking with referral sourcesExperience in developing Marketing plan for hospital.Requirements:Must live in territory – Wichita FallsClinical discipline with current license in good standing2 or more years of clinical experience requiredWorking knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft 365 Office.Knowledge of hospital data basesProven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families.Current valid TX Driver's LicenseMake a difference in the lives of others — and your own — with SWAN Health.
