LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide one‑on‑one medical care for children and young adults in and around Kemp, TX . The work involves caring in client homes across the community. Pay Range Pay Range: $21 - $37 per hour Responsibilities The RN leads patient care by: Focusing on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care. Conducting ongoing patient care and assessments. Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinating care among physicians and other personnel. Educating family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implementing preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, and weekends) are available.
