What You’ll Do

As an Associate - Ice Cream Scooper & Barista, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Crafting specialty coffee drinks with care and precision.
Scooping and serving our delicious, handcrafted ice cream.
Operating the cash register and handling transactions with accuracy.
Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure every guest leaves happy.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area.
Working collaboratively with the team to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for serving others. To thrive in this role, you should have:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in food service or retail.
A knack for multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do.
