1. st Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Monday through Wednesday
2. nd Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM | Monday through Wednesday

What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will play a key role in producing high-quality composite panels while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Operate equipment and use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are in safe working condition. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. Support 5S and TPM initiatives to improve workplace efficiency and equipment reliability. Follow all safety procedures, policies, and required PPE guidelines. Handle and dispose of chemicals and production waste according to company procedures. Participate in overhead crane training and safely operate equipment as required.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. What You'll Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Ability to learn and follow manufacturing processes and procedures. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
