Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to develop their skills in public relations, corporate communications, and media outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and editing press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
• Manage and update content on social media platforms and company websites.
• Support the organization and coordination of events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Maintain media contact lists and assist with outreach efforts to journalists and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communication activities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute communication campaigns.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools is a plus.
