Inside Sales Manager (Industrial Distribution / Will Call / Call Center)Compensation: $100,000 -$115,000 + profit-sharing bonuses (estimated $0-$8,000 annually)Location: La Porte/Deer Park, TXPrivate Family-Owned Evergreen Company Seeks Impassioned LeaderHuyett is a 120 year old industrial fasteners master distributor with a brand-new state-of-the art fulfillment center in La Porte. We are looking to start up a call center team to partner with our in-field North American sales force to grow our business nationally. In addition, this role will support existing account management operations and a Will Call desk, with front line leaders and supervisors.The ideal candidate is an enterprising leader of people, with process focus. Experience is not as important as the resilience to build a team and processes from scratch, in coordination with corporate and senior management support. This is a complicated role given the technical nature of the product lines, the necessary discipline in workflow management, and operating as a steward of a comprehensive performance management and professional development program. The call center aspect is long term and not replaceable with AI. The nature of the call center is relationship development and not hard selling.
