We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We’d love to receive your application and talk with you about your interest in the position if the overview below describes you.**Merchandiser Role Overview**Merchandises products by stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, backroom organization, and moving products from backroom to sales floor. Accurately orders product for the next delivery.**Day-to-Day Responsibilities*** Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.* Sells and executes all promotions.* Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.* Develops good customer relations.* Services all customers as scheduled.* Orders product and /or runs invoices.* Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.* Other duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED highly preferred.* Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.* Valid driver’s license required.* Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.* Must have good oral and written communication skills.* Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.* Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.* Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.* Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.* Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.* Must be able to work in a team environment.* Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.* Must be customer-oriented and focused.**Compensation and Benefits**As part of your total compensation package, you will also receive the following benefits:* Paid time off, including holidays, vacation days, personal days, parental leave, and bereavement leave* 401(k) with a company match* Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as supplemental health plan options, including accident, critical illness, and hospitalization* Saving and spending accounts* Company-paid telemedicine services* Free counseling and information services* Wellness program* Company-paid life insurance* Company-paid disability coverage* Adoption assistance* Education assistance* Legal service plan option* Pay advance optionUnfortunately, we will be unable to offer visa sponsorships to candidates.EOE M/F/D/VPepsi Bottling Ventures is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.
