Pay Rate: $20.50/hr

Location: Boise, ID

Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry and analysis across multiple systems, including SAP, Matreq, Packtrack, Hotrec, Resolve, Workday, Shipdoc, Ariba, and OJTCERT.

• Support semiconductor manufacturing operations through effective materials management and operational support.

• Monitor, track, and document shift-level workloads and project completion to ensure accountability and visibility.

• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supervisors, Purchasing, IT, Facilities, and internal customers, to resolve issues and complete tasks.

• Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance departmental performance and efficiency.

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse and materials management operations.

• Contribute to system enhancement projects that improve operational effectiveness and data accuracy.

• Represent the department on cross-functional teams, supporting broader organizational and operational objectives.

• Promote and uphold safety standards and quality expectations in all daily activities and processes.

• Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices in warehouse materials management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Demonstrated ability to follow area procedures safely and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferences: 

• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.

• Familiarity with Micron systems and tools (SAP, Ariba, etc.).

• Proven adaptability to change and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
