We have been in business for over 25 years and have built a reputation of being an honest, trustworthy company with an A+ BBB rating. We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and highly organized Installation Coordinator/Customer Service Representative service to join our team!! ***If you’re a clock-puncher who wants to do as little as possible, then please stop reading this right now . This is not for you!... Who Are We?
We’re Grand Canyon Home Services LLC. We started over 20 years ago – just one guy and a truck doing heating and cooling work. Today, we continue to grow and are becoming market leaders who want to DOMINATE the West Valley market with Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric, Duct Cleaning, Drain and Sewer Services… and more . We have served thousands of happy customers.... and it feels like we’re only getting started. We’re adding more team members, and you should see the plan we have for growth beyond this. We’re looking for team members who are striving to push themselves beyond their personal limits, to earn the money and recognition they deserve, and to have an amazing life-long career in an environment where you work with friends every day.
What’s So Different Here?
Our target is simple: to serve our clients at the highest level and make friends in the process.
Here are just a few of the reasons that our team members LOVE working here…
- Experience in an HVAC company is a plus, but not necessary. We have a great training program for the position!
- Make more money: we reward great employees with great pay!
- Your birthday is a paid day off
- Paid training
- Paid holidays and vacations (Paid time off starts after 90 days and grows from there)
- Incentive programs (including paid vacations, not just vacation time off paid, but the vacation itself can also be paid for!)
- Monthly all-company meetings... aka "Food Fridays"!
- A clearly laid out path to build the life-long career you want to build (including paid education and tons of opportunities to advance)
- .....and more!
Here are some of the qualities we’re looking for in our perfect candidate:
- You are a perfectionist
- You work hard
- You love working with a team
- You’re tech savvy – you can recognize a problem and make recommendations to solve it
- You love to serve others
- You love to challenge yourself and you want to learn, and even be cross-trained
- You understand the importance of serving others (your team members and our customers)
- You are drug free (pre-employment and random screening)
- You have a clean background (national background checks conducted)
- You understand and are willing to follow our Core Values:
- Commitment to Excellence: I will do my best at all times.
- Heart for Service: I will serve our clients and teammates at the highest level.
- Relationships: I will build relationships with our clients so they feel that they are a part of our family.
- Integrity: I will be honest in what I say and do.
- Safety First: For our family and theirs - Think twice, Act once.
- Teamwork: I will respect, support and encourage my teammates.
If so, the only thing missing from our team is... YOU! To get started... send us your resume! As an equal opportunity employer, candidates will receive consideration without discrimination against race, creed, color, sex, national origin, handicap status or veteran status. *** We hire veterans!***
