\nSouthern Health Partners is looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Rabun County Jail. This consistent Sunday-only position is perfect for nurses looking to supplement their income, reduce their schedule, transition toward retirement, or maintain flexibility while continuing to make a real difference.
\nSpend one day each week providing quality patient care in a structured, supportive environment where your nursing skills are valued and your work has a lasting impact.
What You'll Do \nAs part of our healthcare team, you will:
\n✨ Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
\n ✨ Conduct sick call and evaluate patient concerns
\n ✨ Administer medications and treatments as ordered
\n ✨ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers
\n ✨ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
\n ✨ Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare teammates to provide safe, quality care
