Landscaping Team Member

But that only happens because we have amazing people like you on our team.We at The Grounds Guys of Bonney Lake, are looking for someone ready to join a fun, friendly, hard-working group as a Landscaping Team Member.We offer:Mon-Fri work week, occasional weekendsUniforms providedReliable equipment and safety is a priorityCompany values that focus on customers and employeesPositive company culture and well-branded image and reputationGrowth opportunities, training providedMinimum Requirements:Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage providerExperience driving a pickup truck with trailerPrevious experience in landscaping or related field is preferredStrong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to safely operate commercial landscape equipment and toolsEffective communication skills - able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, and communicate progress to foreman. English proficiency required.Some things you'll do as a Landscaping Team MemberGeneral landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawnsMaintain flower beds, gardens, and other landscaped areasSeasonal clean-ups, debris removal, leaf clean-up, and bark installationOff-season services such as install holiday lights, pressure washing, etc.Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next dayAt The Ground Guys of Bonney Lake, we’re a dedicated team of lawn care and landscaping experts that know how to make a great first impression.
