Immigration Attorney (Full-Time - Marlborough, MA) Celedon Law, a family-owned immigration law firm with a welcoming, family-oriented environment, is currently seeking a full-time Immigration Attorney to join our legal team at our Marlborough, Massachusetts, office. As a busy and growing firm, we value collaboration and teamwork in everything we do. This position is ideal for an experienced attorney who is passionate about immigration law, thrives in a team-oriented setting, and is dedicated to defending immigrant rights. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Experience in immigration law preferred, but not required - we welcome recent graduates and junior attorneys eager to build a practice in: Removal Defense Employment-based visas Family-based immigration Strong legal research and writing skills; experience drafting motions and memoranda for EOIR is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Comfortable learning and working in digital client management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to Boston and Hartford Immigration Courts, as well as other Massachusetts courthouses Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish strongly preferred Responsibilities: Provide direct legal representation before Immigration Court, BIA, USCIS, and various Massachusetts state and federal courts Prepare and file court pleadings, applications, and supporting documentation Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Interview clients, assess cases, and maintain consistent client communication Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on case preparation and management Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Paid time off Education : Doctorate (Required) No calls, please.
