Heavy Equipment Operator – Road Construction Moore, OK | Full-Time Position

Silver Star Construction is actively seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support roadway construction projects throughout the area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating multiple types of construction equipment and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Essential Functions

• Operate heavy machinery including motor graders, bulldozers, loaders, excavators, scrapers, mixers, and water trucks
• Safely move and unload equipment as needed
• Conduct daily inspections and operational checks
• Track equipment condition and maintenance activities
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor servicing
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report repair needs
• Follow established safety standards and operating procedures

• Verifiable experience operating heavy equipment

Job Requirements

• Pass required background check, drug screen, and physical examination
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
• Availability for overtime, weekend, and night work when needed
• Ability to perform manual labor including bending, kneeling, lifting, and shoveling
• Consistently follow company safety protocols
