If you want a flexible schedule to earn some additional income while being part of an exciting, dynamic and growing team with leadership opportunities in a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you!If this sounds like the right environment for you, then why wait, APPLY TODAY!!Work Schedule: Days/nights vary, including weekendsShifts Available:ENTER HERESummary of duties:Clean hard surface floors (Sanitize, scrub, strip and finish)Scrub and burnish special floor surfaces (e.g. Gymnasium floors)Steam-clean or shampoo carpetsExtract carpet using carpet extractorWash windowsPressure wash floor/building using pressure washerMinor wall repairsGather and empty trashService, clean, and supply restroomsClean and polish furniture and fixturesClean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegeesDust furniture, walls, machines, and equipmentNotify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systemsRequisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance dutiesBack up for crew members in territory when neededPotential for extensive driving- often within a radius of four to five states.
