Location: Winter Garden, FL | On-Site
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 | Flexible Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial HVAC installations from planning through final closeout.

You’ll manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams while ensuring projects meet client expectations, specifications, and industry standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from inception through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Monitor project progress, costs, deadlines, and quality.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client teams.
• Manage project documentation and closeout requirements.
• Travel to project sites as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of RTUs, AHUs, VRF/VRV, chillers, boilers, and related HVAC systems .
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and specifications.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Experience with Procore, Autodesk Build, BIM 360, or similar platforms .
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
• Mechanical and electrical system integration.
• OSHA, HVAC, or other relevant industry certifications.
