Prompts/GenAI Data Curation Consultant

Job Description:

• The primary focus is on enhancing customer prompt rewrites and contributing to tasks that drive improvements in generative AI models.

• These roles are essential for advancing the quality and functionality of content outputs for client's cross-functional projects, including those linked to AI-driven platforms

Responsibilities:

• Dataset Generation & Evaluation: Create new data for evaluation sets or training from seed data, inspirational examples, or defined guidelines. Analyse and report on loss patterns to refine datasets for better model performance.

• Prompt Engineering & Generative AI Writing: Develop high-quality prompts for internal and external generative AI applications. Conduct red-teaming and testing of AI-generated responses for quality assurance. Write and refine prompts for diverse use cases (e.g., chatbots, content generation, automation). Support or drive case management including managing specific workflows, task lists, status updates, timing, and overall case organization.

• Content Review & Editorial Work: Review and edit generative AI outputs for coherence, accuracy, and quality. Perform technical verification and copyediting of AI-generated content. Ensure alignment with internal guidelines and industry best practices.

• Technical Writing & Documentation: Create structured technical prompts and maintain prompt libraries. Compile, organize, and revise prompts for internal and external distribution. Edit and enhance prompts prepared by others for clarity and effectiveness.

Experience:

• AI content generation, prompt engineering, and technical writing for enterprise AI applications

Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of JSON & HTML for structuring data and content.

• Familiarity with enterprise data and structured content formats.

Writing & Editing Expertise:

• Experience in technical writing, prompt engineering, or AI-driven content creation.

• Ability to review, revise, and improve generative AI outputs for quality and consistency.

Attention to Detail & Repetitive Tasks:

• Comfort with iterative content refinement and prompt adjustments.

• Ability to analyse patterns in AI-generated responses and make informed modifications.

AI & NLP Understanding:

• Familiarity with large language models and AI-generated content workflows.

• Ability to red-team and stress-test AI-generated responses for robustness.

Education:

• BA/BS degree in English, communications, HCI, journalism, a writing-intensive humanities discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
