Business Analyst Intern, Product Performance

Salary: $36,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a rising senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, business analytics, finance, economics, information systems, or a related discipline.
• You should be interested in using data to solve business problems and support decision-making.
• You should have foundational experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• You should be able to interpret data, spot patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are expected.
• You should be able to organize information, manage details, and ask thoughtful business questions.
• You should bring curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred.
• Exposure to business intelligence, product management, portfolio management, or performance measurement is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic analytical, automation, or coding tools is preferred.

• We review product performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio.
• We analyze changes in areas such as product growth, utilization, adoption, and lifecycle status.
• We organize products into meaningful performance segments based on available data.
• We conduct focused analyses on selected products to better understand business performance and key drivers.
• We partner with team members and business stakeholders to gather context, validate findings, and clarify business questions.
• We translate analytical findings into concise summaries, visuals, and recommendations.
• We document our analysis, assumptions, and follow-up questions.
• We present final findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
