Medical Billing & Collections Specialist I

Huntsville Hospital Health System

Huntsville Hospital Health System is seeking an accounts receivable/billing specialist to review and audit accounts daily, maintaining collection status and escalating as needed. You will verify eligibility, correct and resubmit claims, and file third-party insurances when necessary, while addressing denials and posting errors to keep accounts accurate.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of hospital billing experience, familiarity with Excel/Word, and strong attention to detail to produce
