Job Description
Looking to add to our elite group of day and NOC shift caregivers. This is not your average AL Caregiver position - this is an ESF, we serve a special clientele and make a huge difference in their lives. We are very structured and adhere to state mandated ratios. Our core values include compassion (for residents and staff), professionalism, and teamwork. If you are looking to dedicate yourself to providing a clean, safe, therapeutic environment for a clientele with diverse trauma backgrounds please consider contacting us.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and professional resident care
Support clients with diverse trauma backgrounds through therapeutic engagement
Monitor safety to maintain a secure environment
Accurately maintain records and documentation in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Adhere to state-mandated caregiver-to-client ratio requirements
